Have you seen, heard, or experienced something that doesn't feel right?
For Delhaize, we developed an internal awareness campaign focused on integrity, trust, and creating an environment where difficult situations in the workplace can be openly discussed.
Under the slogan “Find your voice. We’re listening,” employees were informed about the various points of contact within the organization, such as confidential advisors, HR contacts, and the compliance & ethics team.
The challenge was to raise awareness of a sensitive topic in an accessible, human, and relatable way.
